What is This?

I’m not a bartender. I’m not a barista. I’m not a milk maid. I’m not a tea or coffee grower.

I’m just a guy that enjoys drinking stuff of all kinds.

Bigscotty Drinks is basically the tool, vehicle and vessel that I use to satisfy several needs. In no particular order, they are:

  • experimenting with the things I (we) drink whether it’s water, cocktails, tea, coffee and everything else
  • sharing those experiments with others
  • talking with people in and around Portland that share the same passion for drinking stuff
  • writing something other than technical documentation, stage plays, sketch comedy and everything else I write
  • having fun

I love sparkling waters, whiskies, coffees, teas, milk, juices and basically anything that can be quaffed.
